Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Harinex reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or violations of our Terms & Conditions are suspected. In such cases, customers may be notified and refunded as applicable.


Returns & Exchanges

At Harinex, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing item(s) in the package

  • Product received in a leaked or defective condition

To request a replacement or refund, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • Share an unboxing video showing the issue

  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
